Richard Rowles

Managing Director

With over 20 years’ of experience on both sides of the agency/client fence, including running major London advertising agency NMI, Richard launched Odyssey in 2013. The vision is to deliver a truly measurable return on marketing investment for a select number of clients. He is also the Chairman of the World Branding Forum & World Branding Awards, a global non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing branding standards for marketeers and consumers.

Maria Rodriguez

Client Services

Maria works as an account manager, overseeing implementation and completion of client campaigns as well as creating analytic reports based on their performance. She brings to the business great organisational skills, a customer service that exceeds any expectations and goes above and beyond to make sure clients get the best of what Odyssey can offer. With experience in the travel and retail industry Maria enjoys the variety that this brings to her role.

Matt Tanner


Matt has over twenty years of experience as a designer, having worked in many areas of the industry from packaging design to magazine layout. He has spent the past few years honing his skills as a brand designer and art director, and creates forward-thinking, emotive corporate identities for a range of clients. Matt enjoys cooking, mountain biking and playing guitar, and can generally be found doing one of these outside of work hours.

Ryan Crowe


Ryan is one of our talented designers with over 7 years’ experience in print, digital design and production. He began his professional career working with a number of luxury clients, including Porsche and Wentworth Club. Four years ago, he joined Odyssey where he’s since developed innovative creative for both retail and technology industries as well as Scandinavian lifestyle brands. His style is contemporary and luxurious, and we especially love his passion for street photography.

Ian Holland

Digital Specialist

Ian has over 20 years experience in the digital world and is an expert in web development and email marketing. Having worked for big corporate companies in the past he knows the B2B market very well. Ian is a keen sportsman and in his spare time he coaches his local youth football club.

Maria Rossi

PPC Specialist

Our PPC strategist and Google Analytics Expert. Maria has extensive experience of developing and executing innovative PPC campaigns (Adwords, Bing, Social Media, Amazon PPC campaigns) for organisations varying in size and industry (Retail, Insurance, Finance, E-commerce, Travel and the B2B Sectors).

She specialises in undertaking Market Research Analysis and Competition Analysis, Google Adwords & Bing Setup and Management, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics, Funnels and Goals, Google Tag Manager, Set up and PPC Remarketing.
