Brand Assets
To get started quickly and deliver work that’s consistent with your brand, we’ll need your core brand assets. These help us design, write, and build content that reflects your identity accurately — from colours and typography through to photography and logos.
Please gather the following items. This ensures we’re working with the correct, up-to-date files (no screenshots or outdated logos).
What to Provide
Brand Guidelines
Your official brand book or guidelines (PDF or editable format). This should cover colours, fonts, logo usage, tone of voice, and imagery rules.
Logos
All logo variations (primary, secondary, monochrome, icon/mark).
File formats: .AI, .EPS, .SVG (vector for scalability), plus .PNG for quick use.
Fonts
Licensed font files (OTF/TTF). If fonts are web-based, please provide the source or licence details.
Colour Palette
HEX, RGB, CMYK, and Pantone values (if not already in brand guidelines).
Photography & Imagery
Approved photography library (lifestyle, product, team, etc.).
Any stock imagery subscriptions we can access (if relevant).
Video
Brand videos, adverts, or product explainers.
Raw video files or approved edited versions (MP4, MOV preferred).
B-roll footage, interviews, or content we can re-use.
Licensed music or audio tracks linked to your brand.
Icons & Illustrations
If used. Custom icon sets or illustrations in their original file formats (AI, SVG, PNG).
Past Creative Assets
Optional but helpful. Previous campaign materials or designs (social, ads, print, etc.). These are useful for understanding style, tone, and history.
How to Send
Please package your brand assets into a single folder (zipped if possible) and send via WeTransfer to: info@odysseymediagroup.co.uk
This inbox is monitored by key team members across every department, so you can be confident your email will always reach the right people without delay.
If you already use a shared drive (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive), you can also send us a link.
If Assets Are Unusable
Sometimes files supplied to us may be in the wrong format, too low resolution, or otherwise unsuitable for professional use. If this happens we’ll do everything we can to fix the issue — this may include reformatting, cleaning up, or recreating the asset.
If additional work is needed (such as recreation), we’ll discuss this with you first and agree on any extra costs before going ahead. If an asset can’t be repaired or recreated, we’ll let you know promptly and advise on the best next steps.
Our goal is always to keep your projects moving smoothly while maintaining the highest quality standards.
