4. Internal briefing meeting

Your Odyssey team meet internally to discuss your business, understand your priorities, and prepare for your first steps as a client. This ensures everyone is aligned before anything begins.
5. Tools and platform setup
When: Following the internal briefing

We set up your workspace, communication channels, file structure and approval process so everything is ready for collaboration.
6. Priority-setting call
When: Around Week 2

This short call ensures we understand your initial focus areas and what matters most in the early stage of our partnership. It helps us plan your first steps with clarity.
7. First steps review
