This page explains how we set up your campaigns from the ground up. It gives you a clear view of the steps we take, the checks we run, and how we ensure every campaign is launched with accuracy, intention, and confidence.

1. Briefing and objective alignment

We start by confirming the purpose of the campaign, the audiences we’re targeting, the platforms being used, and the outcomes you want to achieve. This keeps everyone aligned before any build work begins.

2. Creative and copy preparation

Your creative assets and copy are finalised, checked for brand consistency, and adapted to the requirements of each platform. We ensure everything looks sharp, reads clearly, and speaks in your brand voice.

3. Technical configuration

Next, we make sure all tracking, pixels, conversion events and integrations are properly connected. This ensures we can measure performance accurately from the moment the campaign goes live.

4. Platform build

Our team builds the campaign directly inside the relevant platforms—Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or others—crafting the structure, audiences, placements and settings tailored to your goals.

5. Internal quality check

Before anything leaves our hands, we run a full internal review covering creative, audience targeting, budgets, tracking and overall setup. This step ensures accuracy and consistency throughout.

6. Client review and approval

You receive a final preview of the campaign build before launch. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions, request changes or confirm that everything is ready to go live.

7. Launch and optimisation window

Once approved, your campaign goes live. During the first few days, we monitor performance closely and make early optimisations to stabilise delivery and set the campaign up for long-term success.
